The food served and service given by the staff is very homely excellent staff The management needs to upgrade the Lennon’s and other amenities in the hotel Otherwise it’s good because of the staff

Staying in this hotel was the worst experience and decision in my life, rooms were dirty we found left over dominos box in room almirah when we check in. The view was very bad , Intercom and television was not working.As we were four people in the trip we asked for an extra pillow and didn't recieved it. Even after adding dinner in our package it was not served at time and the service procedure was very worst . The behaviour of hotel manager was very irresponsible and bad. At the time of check out no one was available to lift my luggage. And the language used by "Mr.Rintu" was very unbehaviourable I have already told my trip planner to not arrange this hotel for any person in future.And I didn't even want give one star to this hotel.

In all terms worst experience dirty room service was very poor hotel... after adding meals in my package hotel staff including owner not ready to serve . When I was leaving no person wad there yo handle mu luggage even after many calls no one was there. I will not recommended to anyone.
