Behaviour of both the staff and owner is good and helpful. Rooms were perfect.food service were comparatively better than others. You need to take cab to reach MG marg(main market in Gangtok). I'd suggest this hotel if you want a quality service with a slight higher price range but one thing for sure you will get more than you pay. Service: 5

1st time visited the hotel, and love it. Room: every room size is big and washroom so need and clean. Food: I'm a Bengali and love to bengali food. In Gangtok I don't think that hotel sarved fresh bengali thali( specially in mach vaat aalu vaja, dal etc). Every food is tasty and every one love it.. Specially hotel provide fresh hot milk for children and it's free of cost. Atmosphere: Hotel atmosphere is nice for all ages. Staff: every staff is cool and talk nicely. Most important: owner of the hotel ( Mr.Manash das) So cool and a nice human being.. arrange all the tour limited price and arrange good hotel or home stay in north east area.. I personally recommended for every one when you thinking going to gangtok please connect Mr.Manas Das for cheap and best tour package. Service: 5

As per google policy we can share our reviews up to maximum 5 . But honestly this hotel and its owner Manash babu and his entire service team even drivers, they deserve more than 5 ratings. I believe there is no other hotel in Gangtok may have the personalized service as Manash babu does. During my visit to Gangtok last month, I had the privilege of staying at Hotel Singalila Mingyur, and it was truly an extraordinary experience. The standout aspect of my stay was the top-class personalized service provided by the owner, Mr. Manash Das. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Das went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. His genuine warmth, attention to detail, and proactive approach to hospitality made me feel right at home. Whether it was assisting with travel arrangements, recommending local attractions, or ensuring every small need was met, he exemplified true professionalism and care. The hotel itself was impeccably maintained, offering a blend of comfort and aesthetic appeal. The serene location, coupled with excellent amenities, added to the charm of my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Singalila Mingyur to anyone visiting Gangtok. If you are looking for a memorable experience coupled with unparalleled service, this is the place to be.
