As per google policy we can share our reviews up to maximum 5 . But honestly this hotel and its owner Manash babu and his entire service team even drivers, they deserve more than 5 ratings. I believe there is no other hotel in Gangtok may have the personalized service as Manash babu does. During my visit to Gangtok last month, I had the privilege of staying at Hotel Singalila Mingyur, and it was truly an extraordinary experience. The standout aspect of my stay was the top-class personalized service provided by the owner, Mr. Manash Das. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Das went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. His genuine warmth, attention to detail, and proactive approach to hospitality made me feel right at home. Whether it was assisting with travel arrangements, recommending local attractions, or ensuring every small need was met, he exemplified true professionalism and care.
