Very pathetic experience while on train. Ordered food at 1000 am for 1300 hrs at Panvel. Neither delivered nor contacted after that. No reply on phone and messages. Really disappointed because of them missed my lunch at train. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
