TBC Team, I recently purchased a cake from your shop, and while cutting it, I discovered a candle pick embedded inside the cake. This was quite unexpected and concerning. I am unsure how this occurred, but it raises questions about your quality control standards. Unfortunately, I tried reaching out via phone but was unable to get a response. As a result of this experience, I am disappointed and will not be purchasing from your store again. Additionally, I intend to inform the person who recommended your shop about this incident. Such a lovely bakery with a warm, inviting vibe — everything looked so tempting! The brownie was rich and fudgy, the cupcake was soft and delicious, and the pineapple upside-down cake was fresh and full of flavour. A total treat for dessert lovers!
