Disappointing Experience at Holiday BNB. My recent stay at Hotel Holiday BNB was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of service and the condition of the facilities left much to be desired. First and foremost, the service at the hotel was abysmal. It took an unacceptable 2 hours for the staff to recharge the TV dish, leaving me frustrated and without entertainment during that time. Additionally, the non-functional geyser was a major inconvenience, especially at the 5-degree temperature. This lack of attention to essential amenities was simply unacceptable. However, I must acknowledge that the one redeeming factor was the food. Despite the numerous shortcomings, the quality of the food was commendable, and for that reason alone, I am awarding the hotel 1 star Service: 1
