I had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Mountain Face by Snow City Hotels. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their respectful and courteous attitude. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to my stay and made it even more enjoyable. The stay itself was extremely comfortable — the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views. Every detail was taken care of, which made the overall experience very relaxing. This hotal was good but they have to do serious corrections in there services and quality standards, Overall its a good place to stay , Prices are little high Food is good Services is a point where you have to compromise if you are willing to stay , Staff is good and humble Bathroom is smells like sigrate smok please do corrections in toilet My opinion You can give them a chance I hope they will make you happy Service: 2

I enjoyed my stay here during Manali tour, it is good hotel for family stay. Room was spacious with great outside view from balcony. Room service is also good. Service: 5
