Even basic amenties lacked like no charging points in the room , no toiletries provided , no bisleri water provided even after charging 5k/night . Breakfast very bad in taste & quality . Location is very off site and rooms are very different from the one shown on MMT / Goibibo . Rooms very dirty . No well managed in-house restaurant . No fans in the room

I had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Mountain Face by Snow City Hotels. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their respectful and courteous attitude. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to my stay and made it even more enjoyable. The stay itself was extremely comfortable — the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views. Every detail was taken care of, which made the overall experience very relaxing. The highlight, however, was the food — absolutely amazing! Every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were consistently impressive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway with top-notch service and food. Would definitely love to visit again!
