Shaan-e-Manali Restaurant (now Hotel Kundan Inn Restaurant) – A humble place but with great food! We ordered Kadhai Paneer and Paneer Butter Masala, both cooked in rich Punjabi-style gravies—finger-licking good with butter rotis. Our friends who ordered non-veg dishes found them better in quantity and cheaper than the veg options. Manali-wise, the quality and quantity were worth it. But here’s the catch—I found a grey bone piece in my paneer gravy. So, minus a star for that! A request to the restaurant—please keep veg and non-veg orders separate. Next time, I won’t be this polite if I find something like that again! The place has now been renamed Hotel Kundan Inn Restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend
