Positives: 1. The rooms are spacious and exude luxury, ensuring a comfortable stay. 2. The management is accommodating and willingly honors special requests. 3. Exceptional service with a touch of luxury, making guests feel valued. 4. Breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. 5. Guests are welcomed with complimentary drinks on arrival, and daily evening tea is thoughtfully provided throughout the stay. 6. Room service is prompt and efficient. 7. The management’s effort in keeping guests informed about complimentary tea, fireplace timings, and dinner schedules is highly commendable. 8. Rooms are equipped with centralized heating and cooling systems, adding to the comfort. 9. A lift is available for convenience. 10. Our room features a large private balcony with stunning views, enhancing the overall experience. Areas for Improvement: 1. Heating is not up to the mark. During power cuts, although there is a backup, the heating function switches to cooling, requiring manual adjustment afterward. 2. Food prices in the restaurant are slightly on the higher side. While the taste is excellent, a more diverse menu would be a welcome addition. Special Mentions: A special shoutout to Maheshwar Singh and the hotel management for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including arranging breakfast for us when we had to check out early at 6 AM. This thoughtful gesture truly stood out and is greatly appreciated. Overall: Hotel Rock Manali by Vivaan offers a luxurious and memorable experience with attentive service, thoughtful management, and beautiful amenities. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Manali.
