Snow Flakes Resort is a calm and neat place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and properly maintained. The surroundings are peaceful, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s a good option for a quiet and relaxed stay

Amazing place good ambience, staff and amenities. Highly courteous but Air conditioning systems in the rooms are concern and they need to improve on the taste of the food.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed , I travel a lot and stayed at every kind of property from camp to five star , but never seen such services , rooms are smelly , no views , u can only see construction of hotels from balcony , food is pathetic, we have to throw them it was that bad , they charge for one time baby milk too , which every hotel offers for free that to half glass rs 120 ..now talking about location it’s almost 40min drive from Mall Road which we didn’t know and they don’t even mention..
