Mixed Experience at blossom hill retreat Manali I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were good—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities provided met my expectations, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant. However, the service was very, very pathetic. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and my requests were often ignored or handled poorly. This significantly impacted my overall experience and left me feeling quite dissatisfied. While the quality of the rooms is commendable, the poor service needs serious improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to enhance their guest experience in the future.
