Missed my train and needed somewhere to wind down. Came across High Bae online and called them to ask if they had tables free since it was Saturday evening (after calling three places and being told pretty plainly that I'd have to vacate my table by 9 pm), and the manager Gopalji was super welcoming. Had an unexpectedly good time here. The staff were standout - particularly Priya and Yogendra. Priya was super friendly and a great host. She also went out of her way to help me book a hotel nearby - at the end of her shift! Yogendra answered my queries patiently and surprised me with complimentary snacks and a discount on my bill since it was my first time in the area! The place was lively, music a bit too loud at times but enjoyable overall, and the seating was quite comfortable. Excellent service all around. They also have their own bakery and I got to try their rich chocolate brownie. High Bae is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a fun/chill evening solo or with friends.
