I recently visited Cosy Box and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, and the staff’s behavior was quite offensive and unprofessional. They seemed to lack basic hospitality and did not treat guests with respect . It appears that if you don’t have a pre-booking, you are not welcomed properly. The way we were treated was embarrassing, especially in front of my friends. A restaurant should make customers feel comfortable, not uncomfortable. I would strongly suggest confirming a reservation before visiting. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place if you want to enjoy a pleasant time with friends or your partner. Extremely disappointing place for a family outing. They deny entry to visitors—especially families—on arbitrary and unreasonable grounds, entirely at their own whim. Visit only if you plan to ruin a family meal together. Denying entry to children is particularly disturbing and raises serious doubts about whether they serve items that are not permitted under government rules. There is no option available which provides for less than one star otherwise I would have gone for that surely
