Second time ordering here. It shows 16 min when ordering and the order arrives in 40 min instead. Both orders on Sunday mornings have been late.

Tim Hortons is a prime example of how to take trendy drinks and completely ruin them. I don’t mean to sound harsh, but I have to be honest. They just launched a new range of drinks featuring matcha, so I decided to try the Mango Matcha. On the menu board, the matcha looked like a vibrant, bright green—but when my drink arrived, it was nearly white with only the faintest hint of green. And the taste? Absolutely terrible. For serving their matcha at a price of ₹340, they did not even add ₹2 matcha powder in it, I think it’s safe to say that they need to train their staff or probably learn how to matcha.
