Review Alert Extremely disappointed with Divya’s Healthy Treat. While the taste has been good earlier, the service completely failed this time. The cake was scheduled for delivery at 12:30 PM but arrived only at 2:00 PM after repeated follow-ups. Our guests were waiting, and we had to go ahead with cake cutting using another cake—completely ruining the moment. What’s worse, apart from apologies, there was no accountability or effort to compensate for the inconvenience. Instead, the focus was on collecting the balance payment, which is unacceptable when you’ve delayed and disrupted a birthday event. The cake also arrived in poor condition, as shown. Taste alone doesn’t make up for poor service. Very disappointing experience. If you want it even more blunt or slightly toned down, tell me where you’re posting it and I’ll tweak it accordingly. I was placing an order on zomato. Due to specific dietary requirement, I chose to call Healthy Treats. They insisted I place the order directly with them by paying the same as on zomato. Which I did. I love healthy desserts and there are amazing places like village shop, paleo, homebred in Bombay that serve the best desserts. You dont feel uneasy after eating those. I had the glutenfree orange and dark chocolate sugarfree cake here. Paid a bomb which I don't mind if i get the deserved quality. While it tastes good after you put it in the mouth,there is an immediate strange tasteless aftertaste. Possibly due to baking powder and baking soda. There were while lumps , excessive oily secretion in the cake. It gave me bloating and acidity. I paid almost 2 grand of something I can't even eat. Reporting feedback makes Divya and her team go defensive. What shocks me is when you ask them for specific ingredients, they avoid telling you saying it's forbidden. I had called knowing I cant eat random things. Upon giving feedback, the team was like no cake is made without baking soda and powder. I don't know which Era they are baking in and why they are proud of some flour they apparently get from the US. It's sad even celebrities vote for something not tested. This is serious. Feedback not taken, cake exchange with proper bake not offered. Especially coz I placed the order personally and not through zomato. I will be giving the same feedback on zomato. This feels like a scam. There is another negative review on this cake below. I also gave it to others to try. They got bloated too after eating. So gave all benefit of doubt. Not happy with service, quality and their carelessness to dietary requirements. Note - nobody wants to steal their recipe. There are better ones in the market. There is nothing special in gf and sf requirements these days. Ingredients have to be disclosed to people honestly if they have specified medical conditions. Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000

Placed a birthday order for a healthy cake along with sone doughnuts and flower-bunch. Placed this order from website and mentioned bdday message with name on the cake. Since there was no place to message for flower-bunch, I separately contacted on whatsapp and requested for message on flowebunch and a picture before they dispatch so that I can verify. My requests were acknowledged on whatsapp. To my surprise -
1. Dint share picture before delivery
2. No bdday message with name was mentioned on the cake
3. No message card delivered with flowerbunch
4. Flowers were not fresh at all

On top of it when I again complained on whatsapp and said I am disappointed with this, my messages were read but no response was given.

You broke my trust and lost a customer. I have used zomato for my previous orders, dont think you can manage anything beyond healthy cakes.. I give one star only on cake quality as you spoiled the overall experience…
