Honestly being a meat-lover Parsi, it has opened new horizons for me. Mock meat - plant-based meat products made to mimic properties found within natural meats and are considered to be meat substitute. The increasing global demand of mock meat shows the foodies interest on trying healthy options of their favourite food.
