Paid ₹550 for a glass kunafa dessert and it was served warm in this summer heat. A dessert, especially from an ice cream place, should feel refreshing and properly chilled. I understand if there was a rush or delay, but it should have been served once it was properly set and cooled. Sadly, it didn’t feel like a dessert experience at all and definitely wasn’t worth the price.

Too sweet for sorbets and otherwise too the menu is overloaded with chocolate which can’t be enjoyed much. Not that great too be honest.

Tried the dark chocolate fudge & nuts gelato sundae at Ice-Cream Factory - it was really good! A delightful mix of rich chocolate, crunchy nuts, and creamy gelato. Highly recommend it.
