bhature are kind of over fried tasting kind of bitter and they are more oily than usual and the packaging is not good it is very difficult to open the package I really need a utensil to open the package this gives us not so good experience. basically the food packages are tightly packed . I will send you photo as you can see how the boxes are oily too

It's Haldiram's, so food items are undoubtedly very good. The only grudge I have is the billing service. For different types of items u need to stand in different queues. So for eg. if u have a chat item and a samosa, they will not bill together. This is quite irritating! As a customer why should one pay separately for multiple items?
