I had ordered a cake on 29/08/2025 online. this is a first time that the cake you send was too much bitten, sour and smelled foul. I am very much sure that the cake was stale yet you chose to deliver it to a customer. the cake was dutch truffle which I have had in the past and It doesn't taste the way it tasted that day. It was someone's birthday cake and you just spoilt it. never gonna order from you.
