The terms and conditions of this cake shop (Hiranandani estate) is weird and unreasonable. There is no value for customer demands and the staff is always with NO answer. They don't delivery cake within 2.7 km of radius even after compromising on the cake part. It is weird that the cake was already getting delivered from their Panch pakhadi factory (Thane) which is more kms than my delivery address. I went to Ribbons and Balloons cake shop and it has best staff and so welcoming and my order was taken in less than 30 minutes. Those who value customers they will get business as simple as that. Extremely Delicious. Must try. Whatsoever number of words, will be less praise for Redburry Cakes. Had taken Chocolate Almond as suggested by Redburry Cakes and it was completely wise decision to go with there Suggestion. Home delivery also available. Enjoy.
