Worst experience at Haldiram’s, Market City Had a really disappointing visit. The samosa was extremely oily and not fresh at all. We waited over 30 minutes for chole bhature, and even after that, there was no proper update or explanation. The staff had no basic courtesy—no way to talk to customers or handle complaints. To make things worse, the manager was not present when needed. For a brand like Haldiram’s, this level of service and food quality is unacceptable. Definitely not recommended. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Such a bad place to come at Haldiram all the staff are so low to work seems like they are not being paid good enough I ordered the Dahi puri it was tasteless the filling was so dry very bad taste could not eat it. Also ordered pav baji it came after 25min the bread was stale the baji quantity was so less its better to eat the food on the street at least there the quantity will more nd bread would have been fresh nd the food woukd have been tasty to eat it its simply a waste of money coming to a branded food eatery place worse place to come to eat and waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹400–600

It was the worst experience at Haldiram's. Our order was delayed, and the order behind of us was served first. We were told it would be ready in 20 minutes, but it took over 45 minutes. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹2,000+
