Visited with a family group of 30 recently, and while Barbeque Nation usually maintains a solid standard, this experience was a bit mixed. The restaurant seemed understaffed to handle our large group efficiently. Starters were delayed a bit, especially the non-veg items which only arrived after multiple follow-ups not sure if it was on purpose . A few members who joined late weren’t offered the welcome drink, which felt like a miss in hospitality. That said, the food quality remained impressive as always – good flavors, a wide buffet spread, and a variety of options for all tastes. The live grill and main course didn’t disappoint, and desserts were fresh and well-stocked. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were courteous despite being stretched thin. Seamless billing, ample paid covered parking .. With such a big group I missed to take food snaps Hope to see better staffing and coordination next time – with those in place, it’s a great spot for dining, not for large groups though. Great time with friends at Barbeque Nation, Sakinaka! While service was a bit slow for our large group, the food, variety, and flavors made up for it. I happened to order from dum safar biriyani (a sub brand of barbeque nation) through swiggy. The order i received was of a smaller portion which i think was an error from the restaurant's part. I tried contacting swiggy customer support but they were of no use. I obtained the manager's number at the barbeque nation and spoke to the concerned person. They immediately apologized and sent me another order of the actual portion. I would truly like to thank Mr. Chinmoy Mandal and team for your dedication and sincerity towards customer satisfaction.
