Visited with a family group of 30 recently, and while Barbeque Nation usually maintains a solid standard, this experience was a bit mixed. The restaurant seemed understaffed to handle our large group efficiently. Starters were delayed a bit, especially the non-veg items which only arrived after multiple follow-ups not sure if it was on purpose . A few members who joined late weren’t offered the welcome drink, which felt like a miss in hospitality. That said, the food quality remained impressive as always – good flavors, a wide buffet spread, and a variety of options for all tastes. The live grill and main course didn’t disappoint, and desserts were fresh and well-stocked. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were courteous despite being stretched thin. Seamless billing, ample paid covered parking .. With such a big group I missed to take food snaps Hope to see better staffing and coordination next time – with those in place, it’s a great spot for dining, not for large groups though. Great time with friends at Barbeque Nation, Sakinaka! While service was a bit slow for our large group, the food, variety, and flavors made up for it. I happened to order from dum safar biriyani (a sub brand of barbeque nation) through swiggy. The order i received was of a smaller portion which i think was an error from the restaurant's part. I tried contacting swiggy customer support but they were of no use. I obtained the manager's number at the barbeque nation and spoke to the concerned person. They immediately apologized and sent me another order of the actual portion. I would truly like to thank Mr. Chinmoy Mandal and team for your dedication and sincerity towards customer satisfaction. May the brand barbeque nation always grow bigger and keep winning trusts of people. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
