I went there on a saturday noon for a celebratory lunch and honestly it just made the celebration exceptional! 0 complaints about the whole experience. Food was just amazing, drinks well made and desserts surely stole our heart

When we entered we got seated near a window which was facing the fountain show. I am a vegetarian but I don’t eat mushrooms. The options were limited and then they had to say that all pizzas and the whole Chinese menu was unavailable. Once I ordered the maki roll, risotto, corn on the cob and the cucumber salad the food took around 45 mins to come. Once the food arrived they gave me the wrong order. Then after the food situation was clarified the cucumber salad arrived. It was very overpriced, they gave us around half a cucumber and a small bowl of peanut butter dip. Next the miso roll came, it was average nothing great. The risotto was great I recommend that a lot but the corn on the cob was nothing special. I can say that the ambience was wonderful.

Restaurant/Food Review: Amadeo by Oberoi, Mumbai, India Rating: 2/5 Wine Review: Henri Bourgeois - Sancerre Les Baronnes 2022 A beautiful wine which is quite fruity and citrus which goes well with fish dishes. Food Review: I started with scallops dish as starter. It also had corn along with it. It was tasty but a big failure. It had too much stone like feel on mouth mostly because of burnt charcoal/carbon in corn. This was not expected from such a restaurant. Followed by a Japanese style tempura fried prawns and rice rolled like a sushi. The basic problem with the dish was it was deep fried and also was giving too much of tamarind flavour. It was not great I would say having tried some real Japanese sushi in some other restaurants. Next, I tried spaghetti with crab which was quite average as well. What I understood is the Chef is concentrating on more fried dishes which gives great taste, but very bad for health. Indians would certainly love fried dishes, but any European/American/Australian person would never even eat such food as it’s unhealthy. In my opinion, the restaurant failed to reach even fine food status. Chef needs to improve a lot. Hence, I decided to continue further dinner and desserts at another restaurant.
