Very bad quality of cakes and cheating of salesperson,i ordered birthday cakes ,but no cakea they make only covered with full of creams , totally waste of money, please kindly those who needs to book birthday cakes in this shop, please kindly avoid to purchase of cakes and cookies, and avoid health issues. The Grand Bakery is a well-known and popular bakery in Pondicherry, with branches in other locations as well. All their items, including birthday cakes, chocolates, snacks, and party decorations, are of excellent quality and taste. The service is good, though it would be better if they provided a bill for purchases. They did not provide a bill for the purchase. Overall, it’s a great bakery to visit.
