Dear Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had today with one of your staff members, Mr. Pugaal, who was on the night shift. I called to place an order for a 2-piece Hot & Crispy chicken with fries bucket. During the call, I made a small and polite request — I asked if I could receive pieces other than wing or leg (any other available pieces were fine for me). However, the staff member responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner. He said, “Then what, should we throw the pieces in the dustbin?” He further added that he was about to close the store and that he would only give two pieces as available, and if I didn’t like it, I could “eat it or throw it in the dustbin.” This tone and choice of words were extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a result, I cancelled my order immediately. I understand operational limitations, but there is always a respectful way to communicate with customers. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the service standards expected from KFC. I request that you kindly look into this matter and ensure appropriate action is taken. Thank you.
