I placed an order and made the payment via GPay, which was successfully processed. However, the staff falsely claimed that the payment didn’t go through and refused to serve my order. The manager was not only rude but also completely indifferent, despite knowing that the payment was successful. It was evident that they simply didn’t want to serve the order. To make matters worse, I have been following up for a refund, but they keep refusing to process it, shifting the blame to some so-called "finance department" with no clear resolution. This is nothing short of a scam! Customers should be extremely cautious—not just about their payments but also about the quality and food safety standards at this place. Such unethical practices raise serious concerns about their overall credibility. Whole situation would have avoided if they had guts to tell that they "can't serve". Why wait till order taken ,payment done..then this unnecessary drama for nothing Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
