Today went for dine in...only one person is kept for customer service...I ordered for Schezwan fried rice,but I was served with normal fried rice.this was a small mistake,so I accepted it and ordered for pepper barbeque... seriously I was in hungry..the thing I got was tandoori...I waited ask the person who took order for me for more than 15 minutes and last he came and arguing with me that it was pepper barbeque only...see mistakes will happen..why you people are not admitting it...you people serving me and am paying for you..mutton briyani was just looking like a half boiled rice...what's your problem...we are paying for you what we are ordering...guys plz don't suggest this place and go there... I went to Banana Leaf Barbecue Restaurant in Pondicherry for lunch. The restaurant didn't have a nice atmosphere, and the service was really slow. The waiter seemed overwhelmed with orders, and we had to wait a long time to place ours. It was quite crowded, and the restroom wasn't clean. The restaurant didn't look as nice as it did in the photos. As for the food, we tried chicken biryani, Hyderabadi biryani, chicken 65 noodles, and chicken 65. The biryanis were similar, with the Hyderabadi one being a bit spicier. The noodles were okay, and the chicken 65 was good.
