I recently visited Garam Matka A Tea Story with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the parking staff. From the moment I arrived, the valet attendants were disorganized and dismissive. Despite arriving during a non-peak hour, they seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. When I politely asked for help with parking, one attendant waved me off without any clear instructions, leaving me confused and frustrated. Worse, when I finally managed to park and approached the restaurant, another valet was condescending when I asked a simple question about where to retrieve my car later. This lack of professionalism set a negative tone for the entire evening, and it was disappointing that such a crucial first point of contact for guests was handled so poorly. While the restaurant staff inside was polite, the sour start with the parking crew affected the overall experience. I expect much better service from a restaurant of this caliber, especially when it comes to something as basic as parking assistance. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly, as the parking staff's attitude and service were a major letdown. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
