I had the worst experience with the person at the counter at Frenzy. We are frequent visitors because the food is good and the owner is welcoming. However, our recent visit turned into a nightmare. I went with my child, and my phone battery was drained. I was not carrying any cash, so I asked the person at the counter if I could charge my phone for 5 minutes so that we can pay through Google pay. Despite making several requests, he rudely refused, which prevented us from paying our bill. As regular customers, he knew we would come back to pay. His rude attitude not only created a bad impression but also caused a potential loss for the owner. Such behavior is unacceptable and disappointing. It was a shameful and worsening experience.
