At this point we should acknowledge the fact that one can tell the difference between freshly cooked biryani rice and left over biryani rice. Very disappointed seeing how left over rice was just tossed in some biryani masala and sent! The masala wasn't even tasteful like it once used to be nor had the prawns absorbed the taste! Why Fountain In, why?

The Fountain Inn is from the eighties. It serves Mangalorean cuisine and has been a popular restaurant in the busy Fort / Kala Ghoda area. It has been recently renovated and the walls have brightly coloured frescoes of Kishore Kumar, Panchamda R D Burman and others. We had beer, kingfish fry, Bombay duck fry, ne’er dosa, prawn gassi and sukha chicken. My friend Pravin did his college from this area and on his advice we had the neer dosa with schezwan sauce and this was a hit! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
