Staying Novotel and you’re always provided with excellent service. The buffet dishes are nutritious and tastes great. 4 Food Amazing but I’ve got better in other hotels. 5 Ambience The interiors and the vibes are serene and pleasant. 5 Service Ms. Madhu, is really dedicated and serves with u with a pure smile, infact a good photographer to capture your special moments. Mr. Amrit, is there to make ur day memorable. It was my birthday while I stayed with Novotel, and Mr. Amrit surprised me with a cake at breakfast buffet. I had a good experience at Food Exchange, Novotel. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. However, the staff seemed to lack basic hospitality skills, such as providing tissue papers and crockery without being asked. While these were promptly provided upon request, such attention to detail would have enhanced the experience. Overall, a nice visit with room for improvement in service Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
