We ordered a 1 kg cake on April 21st. We got it delivered after many follow-ups'. When the cake was received we were surprised with the quality , its very bad and not in the condition to eat. Its a spoiled cake with full of sugar syrup and the cream layer is also too thick.We ordered it on believing the brand of FB , but this time we realised they are not maintaining quality in all shops. We called back to the shop and raised above complaints , with in next 20m minutes they collected back the cakes by telling they will refund the cost immediately. Post that we had followed up for the refund several times still its not refunded. This is kind of fraud which @FB Cakes have to take blame. We believed you with the brand , but its not satisfied. We asked for refund , still its not happened. We can file the consumer case also , since its not safe for kids and adults. Lets see what @FB Cakes Siruseri is going to reply. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
