First experience went worse @CafeCoffeeDay This was my first visit to Café Coffee Day with my friends, and we were eager to experience their coffee. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. We noticed that other customers were served with saucers and glasses, while we were given single-use cups. Initially, we didn't realize the disparity, but observing other customers made it clear that we were not treated well. The staff mentioned that the cups weren't washed, but it puzzled us how later customers received their orders in saucers. Moreover, while making the payment, we asked for a payment scanner, but the worker shared his mobile number instead, asking us to send the payment there. Additionally, we did not receive our bill via SMS as promised. After waiting for 30 minutes, we contacted the outlet, and the bill was sent to us as a photo on WhatsApp. This seemed suspicious and unprofessional, raising concerns about the handling of our money. This incident happened at the Café Coffee Day in Padur, Chennai. The treatment we received has significantly impacted our self-respect. @CafeCoffeeDay Please guide your employees to treat everybody equal.
