Very Disappointing Experience – Ruined Birthday Celebration We visited Restaurant to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience. Initially, we were asked to sit in the family section. After sitting, the staff suddenly told us that “100 people are coming,” so we cannot sit there and must move to the rooftop. Even though the rooftop was more expensive, we agreed to shift. The service was extremely slow. When the food arrived, the chicken was completely cold. Only the fish was hot because it was freshly fried and added to the chicken platter. When we informed the waiter, he first insisted that the food was hot, which it clearly was not. Later, he took it back, reheated it, and served it again. The chicken platter was not fresh at all, and even the fish quality was very poor. We made a complaint, but there was no proper resolution. No manager came to check on us. The waiter never asked how the food was, whether we needed refills, or if everything was fine. There was absolutely no hospitality. The staff had no smile, no courtesy, and no concern. The food is overpriced for the quality they serve. Our birthday celebration was completely spoiled. 0/5 rating from my side. Rates are unreasonable... They served normal package mineral water bottle with 18₹ MRP and later charged 45₹ in the bill totally unreasonable.. I do not recommend this place Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
