Had a wonderful breakfast at Bikanervala. The ambiance was clean, elegant, and comfortable. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared with authentic taste. My family enjoy the ambiance and cleanliness, calling it welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere in Indore city. What we admire is specific items like Chole Bhature and Jalebi Rabri & fruit cup. I have had excellent experiences with staff service friendly. Dear Team Bikanerwala, I am writing to share some feedback based on my recent visit to this outlet. During my time there, I observed the manager, Mr. Jitendra Singh Tomar, interacting with the staff in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Within just 15 minutes, I witnessed two instances where staff members were shouted at and spoken to harshly in front of customers. As a customer, this was quite uncomfortable to witness and negatively impacted my overall experience. While workplace challenges are understandable, such behavior—especially in front of customers—reflects poorly on the brand and affects staff morale as well as customer perception. I sincerely believe that Bikanerwala stands for quality, professionalism, and respect, and I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to ensure a more positive and respectful work environment for the staff.
