I visited with family Guru kirpa at Sarwate and ordered a Chinese platter. Most of the items were good, but the chilli paneer tasted very different and not fresh. When I informed the staff, they said they would check it, which was fine. However, the manager’s behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of handling the complaint politely, he argued with us and said “you don’t know how chilli paneer tastes”. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Good food alone is not enough if the management does not know how to talk to customers. Very disappointing experience because of the manager’s behaviour. Manager naam ishwar ji.
