Emily’s is a gem nestled inside the historic Rokeby Manor, which is a premier and iconic stay in Landour. The setting itself adds so much character to the meal; the interiors are beautifully and aesthetically designed, making it a must-visit for anyone who appreciates old world charm and a cozy atmosphere. The Food Experience: You absolutely cannot leave without ordering the Skillet Cookie. It is freshly baked, served warm, and incredibly gooey. The chocolate filling and the aroma are simply superb. Loaded Baked Potatoes with creamy veggies and cheddar cheese were a standout—really yummy and comforting. I personally didn’t enjoy Ratatouille, though if you are a dedicated fan of this dish, it might be worth a try for you. • A Tip on Drinks: You might want to skip the tea here. It wasn’t freshly brewed and they essentially use tea bags, which was a bit of a letdown given the setting. But overall, highly recommended! Emilys restaurant is located in the Rokeby Manor. We ordered the shepherds pie, a bread basket along with ice tea. The food was delicious. The restaurant has a peaceful, old world charm as the property is an old colonial era property. Service was prompt and helpful as well. Colonial style restaurant, great for a quite dinner. Sizeable portions. Good service! We ordered a veg lasagne & Alfredo pasta. The lasagne was great, rich sauce. We made a good decision of getting there around 7:30pm for an early dinner. The crowd picked up after 8pm & tables given on a first come first serve basis.
