Most over rated bakery ever seenthe pastries and cakes were hard not moist..not fresh i guessjust over hyped by food bloggers we could find many other bakeries in dehradun and mussourie which provide far much better baked items..highly disappointed Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Landour Bakehouse is certainly an Iconic spot when we talk about Mussoorie and Landour. It's situated above Mussoorie and is easily accessible via Google Maps. I ordered a Tiramisu Slice , A Cheese Garlic Croissant and Cappuccino. I would certainly say the baked goods are worth mentioning. They are absolutely delicious and prepared fresh. You would notice that trays keep coming in as they get sold out very quick. The coffee was good and warm and I absolutely enjoyed my order. The bakehouse is simply beautiful. It's small and cozy and the vibes are absolutely comforting. It probably just had about 8 tables, so you're absolutely lucky if you get to sit inside. The ambience of the Bakehouse is actually what people come for. Please expect a long waiting time if you wish to sit inside. Easily expect a long queue before you and a wait of 45-60 minutes. I myself waited for 45 minutes to sit inside but it was absolutely worth my wait ! Also, No Internet works inside the bakehouse .They do have a Hotspot facility but only if you're paying via UPI at the cash register. People get impatient with the kind doorman but please be good people and co-operate with him as it's not easy to keep a track and fulfill your request at immediate orders. If you don't wish to sit inside, the bakehouse has excellent takeaway system which is preferred by most people visiting. The wait time for takeaway orders is usually 5-10 minutes and you would be called inside for placing your order. At a time only 2 people are allowed to go inside if you have a takeaway order as the space is quite less for many people to be accommodated. It's definitely worth visiting if you're visiting Landour which also has the iconic Char Dukaan and Laal Tibba spot. It is said some things are absolutely worth the wait and I personally feel, getting a seat at Landour Bakehouse is one of them. Highly Recommended when near Mussoorie or Dehradun. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Rose Almond Cake, Walnut Cake Slice and Carrot Cake Slice
