A place which doesn’t know the difference between a starter and a main course. They bring the Briyani first and slowly bring the starters. They are not able to handle a crowd. They have to be reminded for every extra or dish. Disappointed. Meal type: Lunch

A unique and flavour-packed biryani experience! Tried Dindigul Thalappakatti Biryani recently, and I must say — the biryani was absolutely flavourful! Every spoon had the perfect balance of spices and the aroma of the meat was spot on. It’s very different from the typical Tamil Nadu-style biryani, so don’t go in expecting the usual. This one stands out with its own identity and is definitely worth trying if you’re a biryani lover. That said, I did feel the quantity was a bit less for the price, especially if you’re used to generous portions. We ended our meal with gulab jamun and ice cream, but sadly it didn’t meet expectations. The gulab jamun felt a bit hard and not fresh, which brought down the dessert experience. Overall, a must-visit for a unique biryani taste — just don’t expect much from the desserts. Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant very famous for Biriyani especially mutton Biryani. Biriyani taste is good, spices are mild and tasty. Mutton pieces are satisfactory in count. Chicken biryani is also good in taste. Then we ordered for Parota called Nool parota it was soft and rich in taste. For Nool parota we ordered paya it was worst in taste, we couldn't even complete it. To overcome from it we went for Dosai it was too bad. So when you Go to Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant better take only Biryani items don't try any other dish, the rates are also very high comparatively. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Thalappakett Mutton Biryani
