I would have given zero stars if that were possible. The first major issue is the portion size—only about four spoonfuls of biryani are served. I’ve never seen such a meager quantity anywhere. Even after ordering three portions, you might still feel hungry. To make it worse, they serve it in a thick-bottomed bowl, creating an illusion of more quantity—clearly a tactic to mislead customers. The ordering experience felt like a scam. They initially claimed that only mutton biryani was available and pushed us to order it. But when I asked for egg biryani, they suddenly had chicken biryani available too. It felt manipulative and dishonest. The prices are also unreasonably high for what you get. Overall, it felt like a total rip-off. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place. You're very likely to regret dining here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I tried the Chicken Biriyani and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection and added the perfect amount of spice. The presentation of the dish was also top-notch, making it a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. I highly recommend trying this dish when you visit the restaurant. Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant very famous for Biriyani especially mutton Biryani. Biriyani taste is good, spices are mild and tasty. Mutton pieces are satisfactory in count. Chicken biryani is also good in taste. Then we ordered for Parota called Nool parota it was soft and rich in taste. For Nool parota we ordered paya it was worst in taste, we couldn't even complete it. To overcome from it we went for Dosai it was too bad. So when you Go to Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant better take only Biryani items don't try any other dish, the rates are also very high comparatively. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Thalappakett Chicken Biriyani
