DINDIGUL VENU BIRIYANI HOTEL !!! What a brand name and image .. Awesome. Visiting this place for the last 20 years. Agree that popular places need to be historic, monumental and should never undergo much of change but I think the management had thought about too deep that it goes to the extent of keeping the entire restaurant with a dirty atmosphere, dirty wash space, dirty table cleaning process, dirty AC spaces, very poor hygiene and one of the worst service provided . The only things that keeps the restaurant going house full is the food taste. The mutton biriyani still tastes the same what I had 2 decades ago. No change in Kola and Karandi omelette. Have visited this restaurant more than 15 times and the many things which have not changed is all which I have mentioned including the excellent food taste. I ordered for a mutton biriyani which costs only Rs.165/- but that quantity will definitely not suffice for a biriyani lover and a must to order 2 portions for one person. By the time you order and get the second portion of biriyani , your Banana Leaf would have dried up completely and so would be your hands. Very very poor service levels. Yeh super taste of the food is completely screwed up by the awful and delayed service levels by the service bearers and the dirty atmosphere. The management should improve the atmosphere and the cleanliness levels and offer faster service to enable the customers to bless the management for the tasty food that is being provided. Else all efforts of the cook will be wasted. A must visit place to get the flavour of both ends . Awesome food with a very dirty atmosphere and very poor service. Don’t go here with family if you want a peaceful experience. The waiters don’t care if you eat or leave. Worst ambience. We waited 30 minutes and we were assigned a table. When we went to wash our hands the waiters assigned the table to somebody else. We left embarrassed without eating. This place has no respect nor courtesy for their customers. Don’t ever go here if you want to have a peaceful lunch.
