I ordered the Andhra-style mutton biryani, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The dish lacked the fiery punch that you'd typically expect from Andhra cuisine, it wasn’t spicy at all. Instead, the masala had a tangy, almost sour flavor that just didn’t sit right, and overall it felt pretty bland. The mutton pieces were a letdown too—mostly bones with very little actual meat, making the whole experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow. We ended up waiting around 40 to 45 minutes for our food to arrive, which just added to the already sour mood. We also tried their egg chilli fry hoping it would redeem the meal somehow, but unfortunately, it was just as disappointing, greasy, underwhelming, and lacking flavor. And as if all that wasn’t enough, they didn’t accept payment via Dineout, even though they were listed as a partner. I had to escalate the issue to Dineout, and while they did issue me a voucher, the hassle left a bad taste. This used to be one of my go-to spots, but after this experience, it’s clear that the quality both in food and service has taken a serious nosedive. Truly disappointing. Counter lady is inappropriate in behaviour. We ordered butter chicken but received something else only. When we told them to replace but they did something mixed up sabzi and got ready in 2 min. No trained staff and not service is really bad. Not recommended if you want to have good food experience with quality. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Not ordering ever again. Stale chicken.. hard to eat, bad quality of oil, bad bad bad.. Daawat E khaas has lost its chef may be but definitely its taste and quality of food. Waste of money and ended up having a bad night after dinner. Please close down your restaurant.
