Horrible dish and we were still made to pay for it despite having the dish removed!! We ordered Chicken Drumsticks and it was fried in SUCH A THICK batter that it didn't get cooked properly at all. The insides of the batter were still uncooked and wet and there was hardly any chicken in it - just a lot of uncooked cornflour. When we told the management about it, they gave us a replacement dish and CHARGED US FOR BOTH THE DISHES in the bill. Any good restaurant of the standard of Umami by Curries would have the most basic courtesy to not include the cost of a badly cooked (and rejected) dish in the bill. I don't think I can see this place with the same degree of respect again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
