"Very disappointing experience at Cross Road Restaurant. The hospitality was poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in serving customers. We had to wait more than 40 minutes for our order, which is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the visit unless they improve their service!" If negative rating was available i would have gone for that. I have never tasted such food. Biryani looked like coloured rice and remaining vegetables, fix thali looked like all the leftovers were mixed in the items.
