I have been a regular customer of Zest Restaurant for the past year, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing — both in terms of food quality and staff service. I ordered Butter Roti, which was hard and burnt. On the staff’s suggestion, I tried Kaju Angara (₹350), and despite clearly mentioning not to make it spicy, the dish was overly spicy and difficult to eat. Even after calling the staff multiple times, no one paid attention — they seemed more interested in gossiping among themselves than attending to customers. The seating area was also unclean, and the staff only cleaned it after repeated requests. Overall, it was a very poor experience. I would not recommend Zest Restaurant to anyone based on this visit.
