Last night I had dinner at Nova Restaurant and it turned out to be a really satisfying experience. The place had a nice atmosphere and the food truly impressed me. I ordered Kaju Takatak, Kaju Angara, Paneer Chatpata, Veg Hyderabadi Sabji, along with Tandoori Butter Roti. Every dish had its own unique flavor and was prepared really well. The Kaju Takatak came in a beautiful red and green gravy, and the taste was simply amazing. The richness of the cashews blended perfectly with the gravy, making every bite delicious. I honestly enjoyed it a lot. The Paneer Chatpata was another highlight of the meal. The flavor was so lively and tangy that it literally made my tongue tingle. The paneer pieces were soft and perfectly cooked, and the spices were balanced just right. Then came the Kaju Angara, which had a deep red spicy gravy. It had a strong and bold flavor that left a lasting taste in my mouth. If you enjoy slightly spicy dishes, this one is definitely worth trying. ️ I also really liked the Veg Hyderabadi Sabji, which was served in a green gravy. It had a fresh, aromatic taste that complemented the other dishes perfectly. The Tandoori Butter Roti was another pleasant surprise. It was very soft, fresh, and buttery, which made it perfect for enjoying with all the gravies. One small but thoughtful thing I really liked was that after the meal they gave free chocolate bars. It felt like a sweet little gesture that helped cool down the mouth after all the flavorful food. Overall, my dinner at Nova Restaurant was delicious and memorable. The food was tasty, the dishes were flavorful, and the experience felt very enjoyable. I would definitely love to visit again and try more items from their menu.
