Worst Ice cream parlour experience ever at Thoraipakkam CreamStone No AC or fans for air conditioning, it's dumped inside and felt Suffocating We went on 31st Dec night and felt very bad about the environment. Have asked staffs about Air conditioning and they were telling it won't work.

Visited Cream Stone at Sholinganallur recently and had a pleasant experience overall. The ice creams were delicious as always, with great texture and flavour options. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, even during peak hours. The only thing that could be improved is the AC chillness — it wasn’t as cool as expected, especially for an ice-cream place. A slightly better air-conditioning experience would make the ambience perfect. Still, a nice spot to enjoy a good dessert!
