This shop looks like a Pan shop outside a hotel. So small shed and u have to eat standing. There is not even a table to place the plate and eat. Worst part..I bought 7 brownies and the person packed it in a small cardboard box, the cost of which will not exceed 2 rupees. He charged 15 rupees and I asked him why? He cited grocery store where they charge fora bag!! Corporate greediness to the core. Is this customer service?!!! U cheat customers ad one day u will end up loosing business. U charge 150 bucks on a brownie and then give a dumb pper box and charge 15 for that?I would never go to this place again. Btw the brownie is good. I had it in Tambaram and the store and service was very good. I think ECR is a franchise outlet Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Best brownies in the city!! Writing this review after multiple orders from Brownie heaven. After ordering the brownie celebration cakes from this place, we stopped ordering fresh cream cakes. The whole family has become fond of these brownies and brownie cakes!!
