Ordered a white forest cake and refer the image for the delivery presence by CK bakery. The way he wrote was like writing exam paper in last min. Scribbled. And the person took order said they wil keep plums and the person who delivered kept choclate cubes for name sake. My kid didn't even touched a single piece bcz of the smell and taste. Wasted money !! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered for a Red Velvet cake 1/2 kg through Swiggy for my kids birthday but I received a stale cake. I raised a issue in Swiggy but Swiggy mentioned it will get back to me in 24 hrs. So I just called the shop and checked why the cake was like that. He was rude and didn't respond properly. He said cake is good and you can eat. I didn't even want to take that risk being my kids bday. The shop person whom I contacted was rude in responding also. This is 2nd time happening for me in CK bakery. Never ever in my life I am going to order in CK bakery. Food: 1 Service: 1

Hi sir we checked with this issue the cake was damaged by you or Swiggy delievery partner we didn't know that's why its looks like stale but the cake was not stale iam sure because all Swiggy and zomato order was prepared only after we receive the order so don't give the fake review here and I check with the team member whom spoken to you and he said without consume the cake customer asking for refund here how would you say the cake was stale before consume??? Still u didn't believe us pls visit the store and I will show the cctv footage of ur cake making time and dispatched time..

Bought 2 piece of Butter scotch and 1 piece Red velvet. Butter scotch seems to be stale. And the other one I don't feel it is a red velvet. Not satisfied Food: 1
