Doesn’t deserve one star also .Had a confirmed reservation via Dineout/Zomato and Swiggy at PizzaExpress Balewadi, Pune on 14 Feb 2026 (Valentine’s Day). We were seated but no food was served for over one hour. The manager acknowledged the issue yet took no action — no service, no explanation, no effort to fix the situation. On a day that requires proper reservation management, the restaurant clearly overbooked and failed to honour confirmed bookings. Our time and occasion were completely spoiled. Very poor management and zero accountability. Would not recommend visiting.

One of the worst pizza and Garlic bread with Cheese I ever had! Useless unnecessary thin crust without any taste at all. No Teste at all... Waste of the Money.. Never visit this place.. Worst Place..
