The service was pathetic. Took more than 30 mins to get starters on table. The captain didn't respond to our request. We have seen people next to our table cancelling their orders due to delay in service. Overall a very poor experience.

1/5 — Worst Experience at The Tenth Floor One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had recently. The entire management and staff seemed completely money-driven and greedy. First they asked for service charge, then demanded a tip, and on top of that, they refused to honor the 15% Swiggy Dineout discount even though I had booked through the app. They also didn’t allow me to pay via Swiggy, clearly trying to avoid giving the offer. The food is overpriced, and the attitude of the staff makes it even worse. The ambience may look good, but behind that they’re running a high-paying scam, charging more at every step without transparency. Definitely not worth the money. Better restaurants available with honest pricing and far better service. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
