So, the kitchen is currently closed for renovation (possibly due to the recent situation involving Tukaram Munde sir), and they’re currently serving only coffee and desserts. A message to the owner:. Your staff seems completely clueless about the billing. The menu price for coffee + butter croissant was ₹294, but I was charged ₹350. When I questioned it, the staff simply said, “Sir, system mein yahi hai.” I showed them the menu, after which they started looking for Dheeraj, who apparently handles these things but wasn’t at the restaurant. When he eventually arrived, he told me the difference was because of GST. Seriously? When I pointed out that other items on the bill were correctly priced exactly as per the menu, he still wasn’t ready to listen and started calculating everything on his phone. Eventually, he realised that he was wrong. It seems he doesn’t understand your billing software either—the GST is added after the subtotal, not included in the individual item prices. Why is the staff dependent on one person who isn’t even familiar with the billing system, and why is the rest of the team completely unable to handle a basic billing issue? I’ve visited this place multiple times, but unfortunately, this experience completely ruined the overall impression for me. The food/service may be one thing, but basic billing accuracy and staff training should be non-negotiable. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹600–800

I visited The Soundtrack Cafe today. Just like the name suggests, the music there is amazing, and the breakfast is excellent too. They have also created a very nice seating arrangement in the outdoor garden, which makes you feel completely refreshed if you visit in the evening.
