After a long walk around Sivananda Ashram, come to this restaurant and have a rest here. The varied menu based on Vegetarian cuisine is what you are offered at Chotiwala By The Ganges. Perfectly cooked roti, paneer and veggie naan have an appetizing taste. Being at this place, order good gulab jamun. Great lassi or delicious lemonade will make your meal better and you'll surely come back.

At Chotiwala by the Ganges, food experience was good. There was a little waiting before we got our seat, but their food made it worthwhile. We ordered noodles/machurian, daalmakhni/churchurnaan, and lassi and it was enough to full our stomach after a long stroll in Rishikesh. Only thing here I missed was Chotiwala, and having a pic clicked with him. If you are looking to get pic clicked with Chotiwala, you should go to the other Chotiwala which is at parmarth side of Ram jhula.
